Education: B.S. (UTK), M.S. (UTK), Ed.S. (Lincoln Memorial University), and Marianna street smarts (co-oped during time at Messick)

Job: I work for the Sevier County School System currently as Principal of Wearwood Elementary ( 7th year). Previously, I was at Seymour High School as teacher, coach (tennis, football, baseball) Assistant Principal and Principal (29 years). I still help with the baseball team. While at UT I played baseball with classmate Bobby Tucker and against classmate Tommy Powell, Vanderbilt.

Hobbies: Sports, travel and listening to music.

Messick Memories: Playing football, basketball and baseball with a great group of guys. Playing in the classroom was pretty important too ( my grades were proof of that). Anyway, I had a great experience at Messick. I really like attending the reunions and seeing friends and making new ones with classmates that I might not have known as well.
