One daughter, Misty, married, a registered nurse, living in the Memphis area with her husband Neil and two sons.
Love being married to my precious husband and being a grandmother is totally the very BEST!
Life since 1969: I have hit several large potholes in the road of life, including cancer, but finally arrived safely at a happy and relatively healthy destination! Enjoy volunteer work through local Pregnancy Resource Center; Client Advocate and Post Abortion Recovery Groups, American Cancer Society; Reach To Recovery and Support Group, Coordinator of area wide Christian singles fellowship and co-lead singles ministry with my husband Dan at our church. Dan and I love hiking and spending time on our favorite mountain, Petit Jean. Always love being together, throw the kids and grandkids into the mix and it is total heaven on earth! God is good and His mercies are truly new every morning!
Message to classmates: I have often thought of the Messick Motto, "We do as we please for we please to do well" many times over the years. Took a few years to really appreciate the meaning of doing and living well.
